Hello, I had not used my HP 3830 in a while. The next time I tried to print, I got the “Ink Cartridges Problem” error with instructions to remove and reinstall. Have tried that numerous times. Proceeded to try tips from HP website (pull power cord, wipe contacts with lint free cloth and then isopropyl alcohol). Still getting cartridge error. (This is with new 63 XL cartridge purchased when problem first encountered. Still can’t get printer to accept cartridge without error.
