Ink Cartridges

Example: Envy 6200

I have an Envy 6200 I have installed new cartridges but it keeps saying that here is a problem with them. I have reinstalled them 3 times but I keep getting the same message come up, how do I rectify this problem

Let's try these steps - Ink Cartridge Errors

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
