Ink Cartridges

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Have received new cartridges but they wont fit my printer and now can only use old cartridges which prints in Blue.

Have tried the virtual and online, also HP telling me my printer not connected but status says it is, Any Help would be appricated

  • What model printer are you using?
  • Did you receive Instant Ink cartridges from HP?
