I have a HP Envy Phot0 6200 All-in-one -series printer. A message came up to replace the 2 ink cartridges as they were nearly empty. I replaced them with 2 brand new ones supplied directly by HP as I have done on a number of previous occasions. Instead of all being fine to continue printing after installing I keep getting a message "remove and install the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear replace the individual cartridge". The problem is they have been correctly installed and I have no new ink cartridges. I have tried turning it off and on, go through the helpdesk which does not help. What do it do?

Which of the ink cartridge is indicated in the error message?
You may insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Also, make sure the protective plastic tape is removed from the ink cartridge before placing them in the printer.
Insert the old ink cartridges and check if this error persists.
