I bought an HP OfficeJet 8015e in March for work, signed up for free ink for 6 months and have yet to receive a shipment. I have been low and then out of ink about 4 weeks now. Have chatted with online and still nothing. If you are going to offer the first six month's of ink fee with app subscription then you should follow your promises. Not being able to print at home for a month is a huge inconvenience
