I enrolled in the HP instant ink program July 24 (I am in Canada). I have still not received a welcome package?
I've called a few times regarding ink because I ran out before anything on my account under ink shipment showed any ink as being shipped or on the way (my black and 3 coloured inks said shipment processing since I enrolled on July 24, yet I ran out of black and yellow, and cyan is low). Since I ran out of ink, I contacted HP and they fed-exed ink to me (which was fantastic as it came quite fast this way). I put in the new instant ink cartridges that were delivered today and I was excited to see my ink shipment updated for the new black (said approx 2 months) and new yellow (approx 2 weeks) but when I reloaded my account, all of my ink shipments still show 'shipment processing'.
My printer is constantly connected to the internet - so this isn't the problem. How often does the ink shipment page update? I don't want to run out of ink again since I cannot see updates on my account, which is frustrating as the entire purpose of instant ink is to never run out!
