Hello, I apologize for the repetitive request.

My ink has been running low for a few weeks now and I was limiting my pages since I was waiting for a new ink to arrive, but when I checked the latest ink shipments, it said that it was sent and delivered in March 3rd.

I did not get any shipments and I checked my old address, that I already changed, if there were any ink cartridges that was accidentally shipped there and I also checked in with my neighbours, however I did not find any. I am on the 100 page subscription plan and I was wondering if there's any way you can help me with this problem since it is required for me to print often.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".

I had the same issue. I checked online as the cartridges are tracked and found it was in my local royal mail distribution centre for over a week. The centre literally up the road from me. Royal mail have issues with these cartridges, saying many are stuck in their centres. To make matters worse they don't leave a card to say they have tried to deliver them to you. I decided to take ID with me to the Mail distribution centre just to see and my cartridge was sat there!
