Ink Status online

HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All‑in‑One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All‑in‑One Printer is apparently having problems communicating amount of ink to the instant ink profile? The print outs are not coming properly especially in the color parts, though checking the ink status it appears the black ink is getting low. I have tried the printer maintenance process and that helped to print the next 15 pages, now I am seeing erroneous printing again

thanks
