Ink cartridge doesn't load and keepeng to ask remove and put correctly

I tried to change both two cartridges arrived several months ago but I did not change them immediately to use the cartridges efficiently. 

When I tried first (today), remove and install... (for colour cartridge) message appear. I tried several times and tried everything suggested in the website but did not work. I put the previous color cartridge with new black one, then it worked. I tried to clean cartridges and then tried to put both new ones. The same message appear for both of them. When I put the old color and new black, message doesn't come to display and works properly!!

I am thinking the color cartridge is broken.

I'll be pleased if someone helps me..

I have installed my new Black cartridge Prints once then error -.Checked and cleaned prints once then error! now will not print at all! the levels of both black and colour a nearly full! Please advise

HP ENVY 4524 All-in-one Series

I have disconnected and reconnected.

I have downloaded updates. says totally up to date

I have cleaned cartridges and waited. reinstalled. Printed one sheet then says error!

Please tell me how I can request HP Instant ink [my membership totally current] replace this new cartridge

The Printer states this is my next course of action.

Please Help!
