We have replaced the ink cartridge but the orange error message is still flashing and we can’t print. Thanks.

@Ruth241 I suggest you upgrade the printer firmware using the instructions mentioned in this link:

If the issue persists, refer to the following sections describe the most common error conditions with combinations of blinking (flashing) lights displayed on the control panel, followed by solutions for each combination. Find the blinking lights pattern you are experiencing, and then follow the steps to resolve the issue.
