I'm getting an error on one of my cartridges (colour), I've removed it, cleaned it but still doesn't work.  It says replace if it persists but my instant ink account says another cartridge won't be sent until the issue is resolved. I cannot seem to find a contact that isn't a virtual assistant trying to guess my problem! I'm going round in circles! Please advise.

I Have the same issue with the Black cartridge on my HP ENVY Photo 7134 All‑in‑One Printer.

I am also having the same problem with my HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer. New cartridge that was just delivered of instank ink is saying catridge error. I have followed all the steps and cleaned and tried again and again but nothing is working. I need the colour ink badly. What can I do? Thank you

Same issue here and have tried to email and no reply for weeks. I don’t use mine much. Especially with hardly any work. 
Do the cartridges dry up nowadays, they never used to. It’s so bloomin annoying!
