Hi, I'm getting an error on one of my cartridges, I've removed it, cleaned it etc but still doesn't work. It says replace if it persists but my instant ink account says another cartridge won't be sent until the issue is resolved.
I cannot seem to find a contact that isn't a virtual assistant trying to guess my problem! I'm going round in circles. Does anyone have a contact please?
