I have a black and tri-color instant ink cartridge in my printer. The tri-color won't print very well (ink doesn't show up very well), but the black one wont even print. I looked at the actual cartridges, and saw the black one had smeared black ink in the cartridge itself. I also saw when removing both cartridges, that there was ink on the actual printer. It printed letters on the printer. I have no idea how that even happened, but I know it was ink, cause I tried to wipe it off with my finger, and it smeared. It wasn't there before either. What do I do?
