Cartridge replaced with Hp cartridge received for Hp instant ink program. Printer continues to read problem to reinstall. Have many times along with cleaning the heads. Virtual help is no help! No contact for CS. HP has turned into garbage!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
