I have done instant ink for a couple of years, only ever had 1 cartridge. The black is showing as an error/ defective. Can’t do anything until this is cleared but I’ve tried everything and can’t clear it. I need a new black cartridge. Tried the virtual agent but all suggestions not worked and when I ask to speak to an agent it says HP support closed. Please help.
