Hi I’ve just put in a fresh cartridge and printed 4 pages then the fifth page came out with lines all through it now it’s just printing blank pages anyone any ideas?

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
