I've got a HP Envy 4523, we have a tri colour instant ink and a black HP cartridge, the printer is showing this issue; printing with non-instant ink cartridges.
They're both from HP though, anyone able to help please

You are getting this error because the black cartridge is not an instant ink cartridge.
