My printer kept showing the paper jam code all the time and it's not. But the black ink cartridges have been leaking all down into the bottom and through my printer. Why would this happen? And how am I supposed to get all of this ink off of everything and the printer cleaned up enough to use it again and this not happen again? It's been with Instant Ink since I purchased it. I don't want to go to all that trouble for it to happen again either.

I understand that your ink cartridge is leaking, I am glad to assist you.

This seems to be a hardware issue and require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
