Hello we have a HP Officehet 5230 and used to get ink from HPink, we cancelled this but now cannot get the ink cartridge to be recognised.
it says. Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink ??
I have tried a new cartridge but does the same ??

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP OfficeJet 5230 All-In-One Printer after cancelling the instant ink subscription.
This issue could occur if one of the cartridges is an instant ink cartridge.
Please use both the cartridges purchased from the store.
You may also turn off web services by following the steps from this web link.
