Good morning all,
I'm having an issue with my printer where the black ink cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer. The same cartridge worked for weeks and then suddenly didn't want to. I've gone through all the troubleshooting of trying to clean it and the printer, but no luck. Instant ink won't send me a replacement until the issue is resolved but the solution the printer is telling me to do is to replace the cartridge. I don't really want to fork out on ink when I'm paying for a subscription.
Any help? Thank you.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
