I am on the HP Smart plan where I have ink sent to me. I have been out of black ink for a very long time but the portal says my black ink cartridge if good and I am ready to print. How do I get them to send me more ink? I get 15 pages a month free.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
