I have replaced the two ink cartridges with the products supplied to me by HP Instantink. However, the screen on the printer tells me that the ink cartridge must be replaced. I have unplugged the printer and reinstalled the cartridges with no success.

Have checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

I have been told that because two color cartridges did not work on my printer that my printer is out of date and has to be replaced. Consequently, I have cancelled my instantink account with HP. They advise me to buy ink cartridges from another source and install them in my printer, as the printer will no longer accept the instantink cartridges for printing after 10/24/19.
