Product: Envy Pro 6465

When installing my instant ink cartridges, the black will install and be fine, however if I put the color cartridge in my printer will not print and shows an error. I took the new color cartridge out, left the new black, replaced the new color with the old cartridge. Now works. Pretty sure the color cartridge is the problem. Could I have received a defective cartridge?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
