The ink cartridges they sent this time are not compatible to my printer

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I have Officejet  Pro Plus Serial # [PERSONAL INFO REMOVED]. i have already updated firmware. Still have the same prroblem with 2 new ink cartridges, 950XL. i was told there is harware issue in my printer. What are the possible solutions to fix my problem ?
