My HP printer is not working…the message that appears in the window is: “ the cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer”. I have cleaned the cartridges as stated in the suggestions and it has not helped…I have no ink cartridges on hand to change them out…Please send a color and black ink cartridge as i don’t know which it is or if its any of them. Thank You

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
