Hi Screen frozen on ink cartridges problem 

the following ink cartridges need to be replaced (black)

switching on and off has no effect or cleaning cartridges

Remove the black ink cartridge and check if the error persists. make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
