I am trying to replace my hp cartridges because they’re low on ink so I bought the UP brand (Target) but I got the message to replace or reinstall them and I’ve done it several times but it doesn’t take care of the error

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Ink Cartridge" error.

 

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges.

 

You may try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
