Printer is not printing. It says to check cartridges are not registering. I was getting instant ink but no ink was delivered so I bought new ink and it is still says cartridge Is not connecting.

I understand the printer is not printing due to this error. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective one.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
