Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I have HP Instant Ink, and the same problem that I've seen around here - the printer seems to estimate there's enough ink left, and no need for replacement - however the colors started becoming diluted (or changed) since last month, and on today's print the black is barely visible.  I can attach proof if needed.
I was not able to find the blue envelope icon around my name, so I just opened a new ticket.
I need replacement for my cartridges.
Thank you in advance.

PS: It would be nice if there was a button somewhere to order a new cartridge (after a minimum time has elapsed, of course, so you can't just order every month). I feel like this option would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi!

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your HP Instant Ink where the printer estimates that there is enough ink left and does not prompt for replacement, but the colors have become diluted or changed, and the black is barely visible in today's print. You were not able to find the blue envelope icon around your name, so you opened a new ticket and are in need of replacement cartridges. You also suggested the idea of having a button to order new cartridges after a minimum time has elapsed, which you believe would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your HP Instant Ink. It sounds like your cartridges may need to be replaced due to the quality of the prints. I recommend that you contact the HP Instant Ink support team directly to request replacement cartridges. They should be able to assist you with this issue and provide further guidance.

Regarding your suggestion for a button to order new cartridges, this is a great idea that could potentially simplify the process of ordering new cartridges. However, I'm not sure if this feature currently exists. You may want to provide this feedback directly to HP so they can consider implementing this feature in the future.

I hope this information helps, and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
