Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I’m enrolled in the instant ink cartridge program but however one of my ink cartridges isn’t working or being read by the printer. So I need a new one to be shipped to me however, if I don’t fix that I can’t get ink shipped to me. But how will I fix it if no ink is shipped to me? Therefore I need someone to help me and someone from HP to send me an ink! Please I need it for my job and haha
