HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

It's been about four or five months since I've been sent new ink cartridges from HP Instant Ink and according to all of my HP software, I have plenty of ink.  That makes a fool of my printer though, because it can't seem to provide even a spot of black ink to print invoices for my customers anymore.  Now, I don't know what is happening...if the ink is drying near the exit point and clogging the jets, or what, but I don't have any working ink.  It faded slowly too, further leading me to believe that it ran out rather than just jammed up.  HP Instant ink HAS to start making a more accurate reader for determining what ink levels really are though if they want their product to succeed.  Right now, I find it worthless because I have to print an invoice for shipping tonight, so I will have to go out and BUY ink elsewhe
