I am enrolled in Instant Ink but don't print as much as I used to, so I have had my cartridges for quite some time now (3 years). I noticed that the magenta isn't printing anymore, so I cleaned the print heads. The Diagnostic report came back showing "Ink levels are okay" but the magenta column is completely blank. I'm not sure how to get a new cartridge when the ink levels are still "okay."
