Hello,

I make a plan for a Ink cartridges and I got the wrong one. I don't know what to do, I can't find the telephone number to get help. Any suggestion ?

What country are you from?

 

What cartridge have you got?

 

Be aware that HP Instant Ink cartridges are bugger than standard cartridges but can be installed in the same way.

 

note:
If you are enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program, you receive special HP Instant Ink cartridges. Some HP Instant Ink cartridges are larger than standard ink cartridges, but they fit in the carriage in the same way. HP Instant Ink is not available in all countries/regions or for all printer models. For more information, go to HP Instant Ink.

Many thanks it was very helpful and it works! So, I still can't using it. In my printer monitor says that I need to subscribe the printer in the ink plan. I have done it I can't understand how to do it. Please let me know, thanks!
