Product: Hp Photosmart Plusd printer

My printer is now only printing blank pages and I’ve changed the ink to a brand new ink cartridge., what should I do?

@Dan10204, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you trying to print in black or color?
  • Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing.
