Ink quality - poor

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My black ink isn't printing and my coloured in is so faint you can hardly see it at all. 

 

I have followed the virtual agent, done the troubleshooting, gone through the cleaning cycle several times and I'm getting nothing. 

 

Please someone help - I'm cracking up!

  • What model printer are you using?
  • Are you using HP regular ink cartridges or is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

HP sends both types of ink cartridges. Kindly specify which ink cartridges are being used.

Also, refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

There are several All-in-one printers.

The inks are the ones that are sent by HP as part of my plan.
