I have the monthly ink subscription and hardly use it. And last night when I really needed it, the ink cut out on page 2 and by page 3 nothing. According to my plan, not to mention rollover I had 47 pages left. What should I do? HELP. Thank you in advance

It appears your printer has run out of ink. What is your printer model?  Are all the cartridges HP Instant Ink cartridges?  Normally HP would automatically ship cartridges well in advance.  If there are any non-Instant Ink cartridges installed, or if the printer does not have a reliable connection to the internet the printer may not be able to properly communicate ink levels and trigger shipments.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.

Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant.  When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes).  The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
