Product: Hp envy 4527
I run out from the ink but the hp smart shows I still have , except when I want to print. Then it's shows the ink level is low
I can even print colour anymore
I pay the monthly payments, I just needed one pack of ink
Now I need both to be replace
I tried to get support but the phone is not available, the assistant can't help on it because it's shows to it I still have ink
Can someone please help on it?and replace the ink as soon as? I need for work ASAP
