Solved!

Ink running low and no delivery

HP Recommended

Hi 

I have an HP Envy 5530 and my black ink is running low. I've had no communication from HP and just wondered if this is normal due to the current climate?

Im just concerned that I will run out soon.

 

Can anyone advise please?

Same happened to me only I didnt get black ink and had to buy a new one from the store. $40 later.

I also have the same. My printer is connected and shows a green tick. My levels are very very low and it reminds me of this every time. 

I’ve had no correspondence of any ink being sent out too!?

Inks ran out a week ago and replacements still not arrived.

Not happy at all with this service.
