I’ve returned the printer. However was sent a pack of inks which I don’t need, is there some way to return these to HP? Thanks.

Yes, the ink cartridges have to be returned to HP.

  1. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.

  2. Review your order, and then click Submit.

You may also contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
