Ink shipped back to sender because of old address in profile - no ink / can't order new ink

Hello, my cartridges have been shipped back to hp after delivery failed due to an old address I forgot to change for instant ink. How can I receive my cartridges now? I have not found any contact information and the virtual assistent can't get it done.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen. Make sure the country (1) is correct for you - if not click the flag to change the country, then call the support number as shown in (2) below.
