Ink still won't work

I tried shutting printer down...etc.  I quit the instant ink program because I lost income when yall stopped my printer because my card expired.   No call, it just shut it down.   If there is not able to work I will go back to brother or Canon.   Why isn't this a fair trade or consumer rights issue.   Ridiculous
