Hi all, I have actually tried different operating systems like MAC or windows. The ink in the printer is original ones. The printer shows that there is still positive supply on the colour and black cartridges as shown, however, when I print, there is nothing coming out, which means, the paper remains plain after printing. I tried the trouble-shooting solutions, by cleaning the cartridge both first and second cleaning, cleaning the ink bottles, everything I have tried. I tried to print the quality report, again, only plain paper came out. Not even a single drop of ink on the paper. Why is it like this? How can I make sure that it is not the printer problem, before I go and buy a new set of ink and put inside? Thank you very much!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
