HP Recommended
office jet pro 6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure instant ink is proper place, but could find no other.

Purchased ink ($4.95) April 4. Used credit card and purchase shows.

Now April 17 and still no ink.

Cannot contact HP, only get robots which never deliver. 

Where do I go?? How do I actually get through to HP??
