I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6835. I bought a brand new 4-pack of ink from a local Staples. The cartridges are 934XL (Black) and 935 (Cyan/ Magenta/Yellow). After installing the new cartridges, my printer gives me an error message saying that one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. I tried speaking with the virtual agent and couldn't get a satisfactory solution to my problem. Has anyone else here received this error message? Should I just go and buy another set of ink cartridges? HP wants me to order a HP replacement cartridge online through them. In times like this, I'd like to avoid wasting money.......
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
