I was waiting for my ink to arrive and had to print something. Went to Walmart and got a cartridge. Wrong thing to do!!! After 3 hrs on phone got that straightened out by putting the one they sent me in. Problem solved right? no. That was 2 days ago. The agent apologized when enabled my printer and said she was sending one to me free!! charged my account!! I printer 6 pages since replacing the cartridge now this morning I get an email telling me to replace the cartridge!
