HP ENVY 5052 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to receive my HP instant ink but I can not get ahold of anybody. I have changed my address but the ink got shipped to my old address. It says my printer is out of warranty, I’m not sure what that means. I am paying every month for HP instant ink, so I would like to receive my ink!

Hi I have the same problem, I need ink but I changed address and the ink was send to the only address couple days ago. Could I possibly get a new one? Thank you
