I received two ink cartridges in my last shipment. When I put in one of those new cartridges an error came up and said that I needed to take it out and reinstall. I did this numerous times but it never worked! So now I am running short on ink and do not have another cartridge that I can use! So I am requesting a replacement for the bad cartridge I received! Thank you!
