how come I'm not receiving ink anymore

If you're not receiving ink for your HP Instant Ink subscription, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Subscription Status:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account to ensure your subscription is active and there are no billing issues or payment problems.

Verify Shipping Address:

  • Make sure that the shipping address on your account is correct and up to date.

Monitor Ink Level Notifications:

  • Check if you received any notifications or emails from HP regarding your ink delivery. Sometimes, delays can occur.

Inspect Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the internet and communicating with HP's servers. If it’s offline, it may not send ink usage data.

Reset Printer Connection:

  • Restart your printer and your router to refresh the connection. This can help if there’s a communication issue.
