- Make sure that the shipping address on your account is correct and up to date.
Monitor Ink Level Notifications:
- Check if you received any notifications or emails from HP regarding your ink delivery. Sometimes, delays can occur.
Inspect Printer Settings:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the internet and communicating with HP's servers. If it’s offline, it may not send ink usage data.
Reset Printer Connection:
- Restart your printer and your router to refresh the connection. This can help if there’s a communication issue.
