Hallo

I registered to instant ink,i got the instant ink cartridges,i waited till the original cartriges finshed,today i installed the new ones and the printer is blinking,when i tried the cartriges each alone only the black worked,the problem is with the coloure cartrige,when i return the old one it works without probkem,i dont know what to do,can someone help me? Thank you
