My wife signed up for this this nonsense and we didn't like it- cancelled the plan. We purchased new ink and it still does not allow you to print without this annoying as hell ping for every print job. It will not connect to web service nonsense. it can't connect to its own server- **bleep**? i just want this crap off off my printer. this should not be this hard. I've done a factory reset several times. we've plugged and unplugged. WHY? I see many threads about this and one would think HP would post clear instructions on how to REMOVE this. cancelling your account DOES NOT WORK. its been reported many times! How many customers do you people need to lose in order to fix this?
